Processing & Shipping Timelines

• In-Stock Orders: Processing takes 1–3 business days. Once processed, shipping takes 7–14 business days. (Applies to standard inventory and accessories outside of custom cranial prostheses)
• Custom Cranial Prostheses & Insurance Claims: Because custom cranial prostheses, hair toppers, and orders processed through insurance claims require personalized production and multi-step claim verification, fulfillment timelines vary by individual client and typically take 6 to 8 weeks.

Note: Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or major holidays.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a Shipment Confirmation email containing your tracking number(s). The tracking details will update once scanned by the carrier.

Signatures & Package Security

To protect your investment, cranial prostheses, high-value orders, and insurance-covered shipments require a signature upon delivery. Please ensure an authorized recipient is available at your shipping address.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages

Pretty Girl Extensions LLC is not liable for products damaged or lost during transit once handed over to the carrier or marked as delivered. If your package arrives damaged, please retain all packaging materials and contact support or the carrier immediately to file a claim.
